Dave,

Download GIMP - it is a full featured photo editor - if it can be done in Photoshop, GIMP can do it.

I am starting to build the 4SQRP tuner and want to print out the manual but many of the photos and the schematic are too large to print on an 8 1/2 by 11 inch standard piece of paper. I am using Windows 7 and Word 10 and have tried many different edit features but the pictures and  schematic are still too large and only part of the photo or schematic show up on the print.
