Thanks Jim.  Bought some 3/32 brass rod rather than the tubing.  It cuts easier with my bandsaw.  I made the jig out of a couple pieces of Poplar I had laying around.  It's glued up and clamped.  I'll send pix after it dries.

A really good material for making the pins for the crystal adapters is the 3/32" brass tubing you can get a Hobby Lobby  That's what you see in the pictures in the Photos area. I cut them to length with a Dremel tool and cutoff disk. After soldering to the adapter board I wicked some solder into the open end of the pins and cleaned it up with an emery board.
