@Kent I took this chinese transistortester LCR-T4 Transistor Diode tester - you'll find several offers on the bay.
@ folks in the group got IRF-510 from MOUSER - none of the 20pcs batch has the announced 180pF acc. datasheet but less 400pF. please refer to the pics I added. 5wtts out should be good4fun - shouldn't?
