I am not a part of the 4SQRP/Ozarkcon Management Team but I'd add a comment about offering a video record.

It's a huge amount of work to get a respectable video recording of nearly any event. It can be tough to get a good video of a lecture where the production people have a copy of the PowerPoint (or I'll date myself, "slides") to insert in post-production. The audio and lighting change constantly, people ask questions from so far "off camera" you can neither see or hear them, etc. As nice as it might be to a video version of the event for off site use I would agree that it is not practical to have it professionally done from a financial perspective and it would probably take more volunteers than the group could muster (who also knew how to do a good job!) do do it in house.

As far as an audio and/or video historical record, well, we do not have the funds available to have a professional presentation. Another consideration that also must be addressed is signed releases allowing Ozarkcon to produce this type of syllabus. Ozarkcon is funded by 4SQRP kit sales and many many hours of volunteer designers and kitters of our kits that fund Ozarkcon.
