or may not be... and if he doesn't have the Q signal info...
it is a cause for frustration.
If you check in through a relay Jim what would you do.. if you don't
hear NCS.. .and don't recognize any of the calls other than
identifying the two you hear.. as being new ops?

Hi,

Learning the Q signals is pretty easy when you encounter them one at a
time. Apparently everybody now is familiar with "QNI".
