Re: Thurs Morning Net [1 Attachment]

And here is how things sounded in northern NJ on my TenTec 539 (Argo VI) fed by an inverted L, up 76' and out 90' with about a mile and a half of in-ground radials:

WQ5RP     559-569
KV6Z         449
KK5IB        559
NØWKZ     Unreadable

Band was fairly quiet despite sunrise (but no visible sunshine at ground level, only light rain and a solid cloud cover) having occurred two hours earlier, but QSB caused nearly a two S-unit swing on all signals.

Good net today. Charles and David reported rain, Bill was using his KX3, and Darryl was the coolest at 48 deg. Thanks for making it in es cu next week.

I love this radio stuff.
