Wayne,
QRN was terrible here.  Began using 175' longwire; could barely hear you & got no response from you.  Then switched to my NVIS 40-meter dipole (about 8' high) … your signals jumped up in strength and you heard my first call!  Thanks for hanging in there.  Didn't read the e-mail about the call change until just a few minutes ago, but did recognize the club call once I could hear you decently.  First check-in for me in months (maybe 18-24 months?!)
