Hello Steve,
Thanks for the condolences. The replacement filter cap is working well at
about 75VDC below it's maximum rating. the replacement is running cool being
in the transmit mode all the time

I have 2 each - 4 pin 12 volt vibrators, 1 standard electro-mechanical and 1 solid state.
The electro-mechanical one came from a CB Shop that used to be here and the owner

Hi Terry (and all other interested parties). I had tried driving the Cricket with a DDS VFO (N3ZI DDS) that works somewhat with the Bayou Jumper but I was driving the Cricket through the crystal
