It works ok but do not expect to run long. Those units are made to supply higher amps for short bursts. They are not designed for long continuous use.
That being said. They do work in a pinch and

I'm assuming you are referring to one of those Jump starters like those sold at Harbor Freight? They have a 15 Ah (approx) gel-cell inside, nothing fancy. Mine used to be in the car

I too must blow the dust off my cricket :)

My favorite key is a straight key, a WWII Speed-X given to me by a WWII vet (SK) while I lived in Florida. It has a very nice feel but what makes it special is the gentleman who gave it to me! I guess
