Re: Ozark Patrol Tuning adjustment question
I was very happy to see the mods for the Murania kit to really improve its performance.
Is there a list of mods that I can use to improve my OZark Patrol?

Hi Curt,
The most likely thing to do, I think, is to replace (change the value) of c11, a 560 pF capacitor, that is wired to the toggle switch, that is your band switch. I believe with the 560 pF

Ozark Patrol Tuning adjustment question
Can anyone advise about adjusting the Ozark Patrol tuning range? On the top band, mine covers 4.6-16.2 MHz, a range of 11.6. The marked dial is 5-12 or a range of 7.
On the bottom band it covers 3.3

I have been buying things from RS on line for some months now.
They sometimes have good deals, but they are still RS quality.

I had an immediate need, and with amazon slowing down shipment of non-essential items... I ended up going to eBay and paying a little more for shipping - BUT getting things here in a week vs 2-3
