If the message is in rtf format, I see a large first line and vy small
subsequent lines. The additional lines are also wide

Re: slow email
Guys,
Faster than Pony Express !
Have a ham friend across the tracks, 3 miles away.
Always reading S3.
ON a sunny day, we use email.
ON a rainy day, we use the cell-phone.

Re: kit builder for filter
Hi Paul,
I'm on the builder web page. I just updated my "light" from yellow to green.
Assuming you are referring to the Hy-Per-Mite filter? I've built one for myself, and another for a club

Re: slow email
I just figured it out! W0XI here.
The government agent receives the first email and turns to his instructional book:
if 1 then proceed to page x,
if 2 then proceed to page y,
if 3 then come back

Re: slow email
Probably the reason for massive slow email service is simply the amount of time it takes the
government to sort through it all and make their copies of it!

Phil --
In general electronic mail is an indeterminate process. I imagine though that Yahoo's list servers may have to handle more email than your local ISP plus I can only imagine the amount of spam

Hey Todd..............suspected that that might be the case. Guess I'd rather have the site continually cleaned
than simply be fast. 72, Phil, w0xi

WONDER WHY 4qrrp@yahoo TAKES SO LONG?
HI Guys,
I wonder why it takes so long to get a copy of what one sends to a list server
like 4sqrp@....
If I email myself it comes back within seconds. If I email the list

Re: SSS Second Sunday Sprint
It is a bummer night here on the east coast! (NC anyway) A veryhigh noise level for yesterday and today. I've called and answered but to noavail. Even tried at 12 watts from the K2 and nothing.

Re: Sprint
Only one QSO achieved. Here in NJ 20m was closed, 80m was quiet but vacant. 40m, the band of choice, was full of RTTY around 7.040 mHz and there was a very heavy load of SSB around the 7.121 mHz pig
