I would suggest a multiband dipole. They're fairly easy to build and once you get them tuned right you shouldn't need a tuner.

Just plug 'em in and tweak C26, the trim cap in series with L1 and the
oscillator crystal. I listened on my big rig to put the osc on 7122.

7122 crystals for my pig rig
I found my 7122 crystals for my pig rig. It was built on 7030.7. Dos anything else have to be done other than changing the crystals....

6 - 8 Meg Resistors Needed
Anyone have two or three 6 or 8M resistors I can beg? 10M would even work ok I
think. 1/8 or 1/4W sizes are perfect. I'm slightly modifying my 2N2 rigs, but
don't tell Jim :o)
