Yes. This question was asked some time ago and (if I rememberright) the upper limit is probably limited by the reactance of thedummy load resistors at the higher freqs. I believe that Dave commented

...set the power output to 5 W on the W-a-L meter and measured 5.4 W on the QRPo.
I'd tend to believe the QRPo with its generally more accurate specs.

Just cranked the FT-847 to lowest RF out on 6 meters. Measured about 2 Watts with the QRPo and about the same with my WM-2 work-a-like. Seems to be close enough for practical purposes.

I guess we could investigate the same place that does them for the GORC, unless anyone knows of some other source. Problem is that for small runs they will likely cost more than you want to pay.
