I would try a good hardware store.
We live in rural area, but have a couple of True Value stores that carry a large variety of screws.
Fastenall carries everything hardware wise but most likely

polyvaricon screws
I ordered a SOTA tuner from qrpkits.com a couple of years ago. In January, I decided to build it and got as far as mounting the polyvaricon capacitor. The two tiny screws were missing.
