Sorry about the late posting of the standings in the SSS,
I have been trying to recover from an ear viral infection for a month

It looks like I am able to make the cross-country trip for at least part of the event. I have my eye on a KX3 but my bride sez a radio has to go before another comes in. I know this is not QRP rig

WA0MWW Shop Sale and Brutus Tailgate
I've posted a list of WA0MWW's sale items on my web site
http://www.wa0itp.com/rons%20stuff.pdf Ron was a FB hombrewer and a Heathkit
fan, and the list reflects that.

Brutus and Route 66
The annual Route 66 special event is next week, Sep 7 thru Sep 15th. This is a
nice match with the Brutus outing as Route 66 passed close by and there is a
special event station, W6N, in Joplin.

Shack Closings.
There are so many reasons why some hang it up and some keep keying. Health is a driving factor,
and with the economy we now have an added factor. New rigs are expensive and monthly
