Re: SSS ?
Had to choose between SS and SSS. Made 62 QRP QSOs for SS including answering K3WA holding 7.122. Worked about 40 sections from BC to PR, ME to CA. Didn't try too hard for SSS but SS was great. Only

Re: A change of Callsign,
Oh it will be at least a couple of months anyway. On SSB the transition is usually quick, but for us CW guys, the callsign is already an ingrained reflex. I'd hate to lose W0EB as at my age of 73

Re: SSS ?
I heard great signals on 20 meters, but I’m in lower lattitudes. I did make a couple of QSOs. A station near SF nearly blew out the front end of the KX3, but I think a saltwater ground plane will

Re: SSS ?
Well that's a different Chas and a different band.
QST, QST, QST!!! 7.122 mHz is the only place where Sweepstakes QRM is completely absent and condx are really pretty gud. 20m and 80m are full of SS

Geomagnetic storm?
According to spaceweather.com, we might be in the midst of a geomagnetic storm produced by a recent CME. They said the chances are about 50% that it would extend into today. Maybe that's explaining

Dave,
Download GIMP - it is a full featured photo editor - if it can be done in Photoshop, GIMP can do it.

Hi Dave,
Try opening the photo's./schematic in MS Paint (it's included in Windows). You can resize the images to fit whatever size canvas you wish.
