Go Mike

Welcome aboard

I have worked a few of the Rock Mites while I was QRO with my Eico transmitter and that convened me to get the Sierra back out. Like you it's amazing what 1 watt or less will do.

I think you will enjoy the group here.

Awfull quiet in the hog trough tonight

KD4OBQ

Finished #206 last night late and worked someone early this morning but not much activity tonight.

The kit reminded me of the 38 Special but this one worked rite out of the gate as the 38 Special had so many modes before it ever made it into production.

Nice going DIZ

99 Ozarkcon Preregistrations

WA0ITP

Thanks to all who have preregistered for OzarkCon. It greatly eases the planning
burden and will make your check in at the conference a non event. Just stop by
the booth in the lobby and pick up your packet. We need one more to hit the
100 mark, anyone know a possibility??

There are 7 days left to preregister, then the list has to be sent to the badge
supplier so that the conference badges can be made by April 5th.

Thank you again and looking forward to an eyeball in Branson.

Ozarkon Build Session

WA0ITP

Only 27 are signed up for the build session so we have plenty of room left. The
kit is a new digital interface kit design by Dave Cripe, NM0S. All digital
modes are possible with this kit, including CW. It plugs into your straight key
jack. Only a sound card connection is needed, a serial port is NOT required.

It is very inexpensive, especially if purchased for the build session. For More
info, here is the kit's unfinished home page
http://www.4sqrp.com/kits/4s-link/4s-link.php and the Ozarkcon page
http://www.ozarkcon.com/BuildingWorkshop2013.html

If you have already registered - no problem, just send me the $25 and I'll add
the kits to your registration. Paypal to wa0itp@qrpspots.com is best since we're
getting close to the registration cut off date.

Thanks and enjoy the kit.
