Re: 40M Net
Gm Terry I was listening to 40 but nothing heard? I dialed around and found two Qro Stations in Qso. One in AZ OR NV and the other in Tx. So 40 must have been long! 72 Johnny

I was there but only heard W2SH send out a call wondering where the net was... It was not that we weren't trying... Hopefully, as winter comes propagation will improve. Certainly the sun hasn't been a big help lately.

Strange conditions tonight. All were quite weak/ QSB except KB4QQJ. I could only hear you on my (usually poorer) vertical and you couldn't hear me until I transmitted on my Carolina Windom! Paul Goemans WA9PWP Stoughton, WI

Well Johnny,
It couldn't have been much worse. My ears were deafened by Randy, KB4QQJ, and his 599+25 dB here in NJ. Still, I waited out Paul, WA9PWP and his 579 here to give you a rotten 329. Aw heck, never mind, we did the deed once again.

Hello, Is anyone here also subscribed to the QRP-L list reflector on mailman.qth.net? I had been a member for decades, but unsubscribed over a year ago when there was more “noise” than “signal.” Wanting to re-subscribe, I sent the necessary email and got responses (twice) “Your request has been forwarded to the list moderator for approval.” Then... nothing. Does QRP-L still exist? Has it moved to .io? Is it worth the effort? Paul Goemans WA9PWP

There have been several questions like this over the past few months. QRP-L seems to be running on autopilot and the moderator has left the building. Whether permanently or not, I don't know. Unfortunately though, it's not possible to join the list at this time. 73- Nick, WA5BDU
