station. I was even ready with my Hilltopper 40 tonight!
I did QNI the 80 meter net. It’s good to get back on the nets after
being out of the shack a number of Wednesdays!

I just was aware of these mods. It may be a good idea to post them there.

Truth to tell, WA9PWP and I had easy QSOs on both 40m and 80m. On the former I gave Paul a 579, but there was a lot of man-made electrical noise. A half hour later that noise had abated and even though Paul was just 559, our short 80m QSO was more pleasant
on my ears than the 40m QSO.
