Sorry folks, my last post about the geomagnetic storm wasn't for Sept 11 our time as I thought.
It was reported for Sept. 11 GMT, which was more than half over when I reported it.

BRUTUS BASH 2018 Report

Johnny AC0BQ

Good Evening Group

The 2018 Brutus Bash was a success
in spite of the weather!

I have uploaded some pictures to the group picture area.

The folder is labeled Brutus Bash 2018

The attendance today was 13.

Chas NK8O and Dave NM0J were
brave enough to camp out Friday night
during a heavy down pour.

We moved to a shelter house located behind the visitors center and took cover there this morning for lunch and eye ball QSO’s!

It was a fun outing, wish you all could have been there.

Johnny AC0BQ

PS
Please excuse the bandwidth on the group of file announcements earlier, I was trying to upload the photos.

I’m already here at the site, tent camping, and so far, so good.  I have a good tent and it’s well secured, plus it will have my big backside holding it down.  Brave souls, come join me!

I have DMR here TG 31075 is my usual one, so give me a call if you have that capability.  I’ll possibly listen on 146.52 but that doesn’t go very far, not even out here.
