Hi Glen,
No not all, but we do have a net on or about 7122 on
Thursday mornings to 8:30. 7122 has become a Four State hangout and we
have many QSOs there.
I have heard of the Sunrise net and hear it going most
mornings, but I hear it on 7123, and with some big
signals.

Hi Tim,
Thanks for posting this note. Here is a cautionary tale to illustrate your point about copyright. The amount of ill feeling this caused was incredible and there was no doubt that we lost sales. We considered taking legal action over the breach of copywrite but employing lawyers was too expensive. So there was very little we could do.

SMD Parts in a folder
WA0ITP
This link was posted on the qrp-tech reflector a weekd ago, and thought Id pass
it along to you in case you didnt see it. Since I wanted to enhance my supply of smd parts, I ordered one of these 0805 assortments. The price is good, and there are LOTS of parts, both Rs and Cs. They arrived in a nifty small loose leaf binder with the component carriers inserted into slots in vinyl pages. Furthermore the order arrived two days after ordering. There are 3725 total parts averaging one cent each. For me this is the perfect balance between cost, SMD parts inventgory, and organization. It adds some class to my junk box :o) Scoll down to see the link. ---------------------------------- Back to the bench, Winter's too valuable to waste. I have been thunking about this since it was a thread a few months ago. It kinda went dormant! It would be great if someone would be the volunteer "club wear" cooridinator.
The company that does the NAQACC stuff has really cool hats, and may have other gear? I think all we need to do is contact the company and settle on a LOGO? I am good for a Hat or two and a Polo!
OK guys, who is up for the task ? Thsnks 72 Johnny AC0BQ

No one took the ball and ran with it. This sounds
pretty good to me, especially if the company offers hats too. They would
probably sell better than anything else. Golf/Polo style shirts with
collars would also be desireable.
If you'd like AJ, check them out as to products,
prices, how to pay, etc and get back to us. I'd be in for a coupla polo
syle shirts, hats, and T shirts. We'd look good in a group picture at
OzarkCon or Brutus. Thanks
much.
Anyone else have a source of club related
"hamwear" (izzat a word?) Bart, how about Pyramid Graphics in
Pittsburg?

I love the "QRPometer" that I just finished up about a week ago.

I really don't "need" anything else right now, but I enjoyed the QRPometer assembly so much, I'm thinking I just might have to do something else soon. The Cyclone 40 looks like it might be a fun one to build . . . Tnx, Scott - nb0w

Claude Jollet <claudejollet@...>
Hi,
I have just added your site on my short list of favorite sites dedicated to QRP and kit building. http://www.hamradiosecrets.com/qrp-radio-kits.html You deserve the exposure ;) I am slowly migrating to QRP. I have just acquired a FLEX-1500 and a LDG Z-11-Pro-II auto tuner. Not quite the real QRP spirit, but I want to operate mostly in low-power digital mode a lot, hence the FLEX. I'm particularly tempted by K8IQY’s "Magic Box" because I plan to eventually operate with a separate SDR receiver - the QS1R - and it’s dedicated receive-only antenna to pluck weak signals out of the mayhem on some HF bands ;) Will order “The Magic Box" when I can’t do without it anymore! That could be soon . . . 73 de VE2DPE - Claude

Re: 7122 Net
Not many good signals for the 7047 WW CW net starting at 1200 UTC this morning. And this group does not run QRP..
Usually stations in SFL are very strong here. I could barely hear them. NCS was in MS and much weaker than usual as was the station in Austin TX. No noise showing up on the S meter either. I did finally get checked in via QSP with a station in VA. Interesting propagation. So not a surprise that a QRP net would have difficulty. No takers today, the band is in bad shape with the A index at 47. Must have Chuck Carpenter, W5USJ EM22cv, Rains Co. TX

No takers today, the band is in bad shape with the A index at 47. Must have
been a CME on the sun. I hear very few signals on 40 and those are weak. This doesnt bode well for the 80M Fox Hunt tonight either. Next week will be better.
