Need help with software for Modular 40 meter CW transceiver from Aug 2016 QST
The article was actually in the March 2016 QST. It was the 49er with the DDS VFO. The firmware can be found in the zipped folder posted on "QST in Depth" for that month: http://www.arrl.org/files/file

Question about 4S Tuner

For what is a crystal spotter used?
The question asked was, "why not just power the Bayou Jumper's oscillator, but not the PA, and just listen for the signal in the receiver?" The answer is - The Bayou Jumper does in fact work exactly t

Bayou Jumper dimensions
For those who may be contemplating some woodworking (or 3D printing ??) The exact dimensions of the front panel and the main PCB are: 7.225" x 4.850" (183.5 x 123.2 mm) There needs to be at least 28 m

New revB Bayou Jumper on the air
Just a reminder ... in about 54 minutes a new revB Bayou Jumper will be on the air! Jan 2, 1400-1459 UTC, 7120.1 kHz Afterwards, from 1500-1559 UTC I will become K3Y/5, but using an old TS-430S. Jim,

New revB Bayou Jumper on the air
Tomorrow (2 Jan) from 1500Z 'till 1559Z I will be one of the SKCC's K3Y special event operators operating as K3Y/5 on probably 40, 30, and maybe 20 depending on propagation. I'll be running 50+ watts

Note on the SSCPO: big improvement in sound
Funny that the SSCPO topic should crop up. I just finished a little surface mount version of Dave's circuit. Decreasing the value of the resistors in series with the speaker and it performs quite nice
