OK, my wife and my shrink said to fess up when you need help. I am buried in electro/ham radio trivia...cables beyond belief, wall warts, modems (of all kinds), an HP scanner/fax, a fine Toshiba XP la

Tonight's 40m net
Listened on my Sony comm RXCVR with a short 10m wire...no joy...The LD5 and Alexloop may be up by the weekend....I also found my LNR 10/20/40 TFEF...if I can get my son to climb a tree, that would go,

I may have to replace my Icom 718, I would just as soon get an amp for my LD5 when I am using it at home QTH. I am guessing (but may well be wrong) that 30-50W will work as well as 100, most of the

[QRP-L] What difference can a different transmatch (antenna tuner) make?
Interesting...my Z-11 Pro into three different PAR EndFedz and a home brew 17 dipole show a good match across the bands for 40/20/17...coax feed...tuner at TXCVRs (Icom 718 and LNR LD5)...using an MFJ

I will be moving to OKC in about three weeks...we hope. Is there an QRP Elmer who will let me buy breakfast or lunch? In my new neighborhood, I don't think I'll be doing much, if any QRO. _ _ ... ...
