Bill, It took a good 15 minutes before I could get enough of your preamble to consider a reply worth a try. After we made contact your signal came booming in for a minute or so then faded. Thanks for your efforts, I hope that I'm showing some progress ! John KK4itx

I can believe that. Working SKCC today, 40 meters was alive but died before sunset, and 80 meters was pretty dead when I finally gave up and shut down. I did work 2 stations in France and New Zealand today on 20 meters, but NOT with 5 watts.
