3102 doesn’t show up in the list; so I switched to 3103 and am back online… See this site, scroll to the US servers. At the moment only 3103 and 3104 show up:

LOL - just learned (via the AMSAT TG) that 3102 was scheduled to be taken offline tonight… at 9:00pm Central time!
