For those who may be contemplating some woodworking (or 3D printing ??)

The exact dimensions of the front panel and the main PCB are:
7.225" x 4.850" (183.5 x 123.2 mm)

There needs to be at least 28 mm (1.1") clearance from the bottom surface of the front panel board to the inside surface of the bottom of the box. The PC boards are 1.6mm (0.063") thick

And you need about 20 mm (0.8") from the top surface of the front panel to the inside surface of the top of the box.
