Thanks to Jim and Mike for making their design efforts available to us.
It won't be a 4SQRP kit, but will be a "roll your own" project.
Uses an Arduino NANO, so a good chance to get your feet wet if you
haven't worked with one yet.

Ron has kindly created a subgroup for us to use to kick around ideas for
building the unit - organizing group buys, getting some PC boards made, etc
